高校后勤管理中的“德治”与“法治”

"Rule of Virtue" and "Rule by Law" in Higher Educational Institutions′ Administrative Logistics

在中国传统文化中,"德治"侧重于"心","法治"偏重于"行",二者虽范畴不同,但目标是一致的。在高校行政后勤工作中"德治"就是要做好思想政治工作和教育工作,激发大家工作的能动性;"法治"就是要建立各种规章制度,用制度规范工作行为,做到标准化;"德治"与"法治"相互促进,二者不可偏颇。"德治"与"法治"要结合实际工作,采取不同举措;"德治"与"法治"并重才能全面提升行政后勤工作水平。

Based on Chinese traditional culture, ＂rule of virtue＂, ＂De Zhi＂ in Chinese, stresses ＂mind＂ while ＂rule by law＂, ＂Fa Zhi＂ in Chinese, stresses ＂behavior＂. Though different in coverage, they are the same in targets to meet. In regard to administrative logistics in higher educational institutions, ＂rule behaviors so as to achieve standardization. ＂De Zhi＂ and ＂Fa Zhi＂ is supposed to promote each other at no expense of each other. When practicing ＂ De Zhi＂ and ＂ Fa Zhi＂ , it is necessary to combine with practice and take different measures. Only both ＂ De Zhi＂ and ＂ Fa Zhi＂ when work abreast, could administrative logistics be promoted comprehensively.
