摘要
在给出向量相似度的定义的基础上,提出了一种评估指挥自动化系统效能的新方法——向量相似度法,从向量相似的角度评估系统的效能。详细地给出了其评估流程图和实现步骤,并引入了模板的概念,可有效地将人的因素和信息化条件下各种附加因素引入到系统的评估中,并确定其对系统效能的影响。该方法简单易行、可操作性强且充分利用了系统性能指标抽样数据,具有很高的精度。最后结合算例验证了此方法的有效性和实用性,为评估指挥自动化系统的效能提供了一种有效的方法,对其他系统的效能评估也有指导意义。
Vector similarity method, a new method for evaluating the effectiveness of C^3I system, is put forward based on the definition of the vector similarity. The evaluation flowchart and realization steps are introduced in detail. The concept of template is imported, thus the human being factors and many other factors cean be introduced in system evaluation in an efficient way. The method is simple in implementation, has high operability and accuracy. An example was given to prove its practicability and validity.
