首先指出了光缆选型测试中容易出现问题的两项指标,即拉伸附加衰减和渗水性能。然后分析了这两项指标出现不合格的原因,包括光纤余长不足、使用劣质原材料等,并提出了相应的解决方法。重点分析了光缆的余长控制以及原材料的选择对光缆质量的重要意义。

Firstly this article points out the two test items that are prone to problems easily, viz. tensile attached attenuation and water penetration; then analysis the reasons that cause the items fail to reach the standard, for example, shortage of fiber excess length, using shoddy material, etc., and present the relevant solutions. Meanwhile, this article investigates deeply the excess length control and the selection of the raw material, which are very important to quality of the optical cables.
