摘要
在建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型的基础上,通过有氧运动及葛根素补充的方式进行干预治疗,运用运动生物化学的方法,观察了有氧运动及葛根素干预对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗及糖、脂代谢的影响。结果表明:1、高脂高糖饲料+小剂量的链脲佐菌素(STZ),可以形成类似于人类Ⅱ型糖尿病特征的大鼠模型;2、有氧运动与葛根素干预能改善Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素抵抗现象,糖、脂代谢在一定程度上得到了改善,表明通过有氧运动和营养干预的手段治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病是行之有效的。
Based on the established a model of the diabetes-type w Ⅱ rat, we take an intervened therapy on them by using aerobics and Puerarin supplement, and observe the insulin resistant and the carbohydrates and lipids metabolizing of the diabetes-type Ⅱ rat intervened by aerobics exercises and Puerarin. The results show that: 1. it is similar to the human being that SD rat was modeled into T Ⅱ DM one by fed them high heat& carbohydrates food and few SIZ; 2.the aerobics and Puerarin supplement can improve the carbohydrates and lipids metabolizing of the diabetes-type Ⅱ rat.
