应用半乳糖氧化酶检测大肠癌及癌前病变的临床价值

Cinical significance of galactose oxidase-schiff reaction in the detection of carcinoma and precacer-ous lesions of large intestine

决定半乳糖氧化酶－雪夫氏（ＧＯ－Ｓ）试验对检测大肠癌及癌前病变的临床价值。方法对１２７例具有消化道症状、体征的患者和１０例正常对照者的直肠粘液进行涂片染色。另对７３例大肠癌和癌前病变患者的石蜡切片进行ＧＯ－Ｓ染色。结果ＧＯ－Ｓ试验在各种大肠癌和癌前病变中的阳性率超过８０％。其对大肠癌和癌前病变的特异性和敏感性分别为９８％和８６％，阳性预示值为９０％。结论ＧＯ－Ｓ试验是一种对大肠癌及癌前病变理想、敏感的标志物。

Objective To study the clinical value of galactose oxidase-Schiff (GO-S) reaction to test carcinoma and precancerous lesions of large intestine.Methods 127 patients who had symptoms and signs of digestive tract diseases and 10 normal contuols were studied,with their samples of rec-tum mucus smears stained.The histological sections of 73 cases of carcinoma and precancerous le-sions of large intestine were stained with GO-S reaction.ResultsThe positive rates of GO-S reac-tion in carcinoma and precancerous lesions of large intestine oere over 80%. The specificity and sen-sitivity of GO-S reaction to detect carcinoma and precancerous lesions of large intestine were 98% and 86%,respectively.The positive predictive value was 90%.Conclusion GO-S reaction,being sa-tisfactory and sensitive marker of carcinoma and precancerous lesions of large intestine,can be used for screening and general survey of these lesions.
