摘要
自从1964年Davenport首次通过动物实验证实胃粘膜屏障的存在以来,许多学者进行了大量的研究。根据“平衡学说”理论,胃粘膜屏障作为防御因子,在胃粘膜疾病的发病学中起了重要作用。
The gastric protector (GMP), which was basically composed of Chinese materia medica invigorting the spleen and replenishing the Qi, had a protection against acute gastric mucosa injury of rats caused by absolute ethanol, Hcl and NaOH. It could also prevent stress ulcer and accelerate the healing of gastric ulcer in rats. We found that GMP could enhanec the defensive factors of gastric mucosa such as gastric mucus and mucosal blood flow, that might be responsible for the pro- tection. It is suggested that there is some relationship between spleen-stomach and gastric mucosal barrier.
