摘要
民国时期，西医教育在中国获得了长足发展，医学教育思想也与时俱进。针对民国时期的医疗现实，有识之士提出了公医制。本文首先回顾了公医制的历史，然后根据民国时期的医疗现实，论述了公医制实行的必要性以及政府和医学教育界所采取的具体措施，虽然由于各种原因，公医制的推行远没有到达预期的效果，但其思想仍然具有一定的现实意义。
Western medicine had achieved great progress in the era of the Republic of China. The thought of medical education de veloped with the times. In view of the actuality of medical treatment at that time, men of vision put forward the system of National Health Service. This article first reviews the history of National Health Service, and then discusses the necessity and specific measures taken by the government and medical education community in the context of the Republic of China. Although National Health Service did not achieve the anticipated goal because of various causes, the idea still has realistic significance.
