关于高职教育中人文素质教育的思考

Reflections on Humanities-oriented Education at Higher Vocational Schools

人文素质教育是高职教育的重要组成部分。在高职教育中加强人文素质教育除具备人文教育的普遍意义外，还有利于实现高职教育的目的，有利于克服高职教育中的功利倾向，有利于高职教育的长远发展。当前我国高职教育中人文素质教育的现状不容乐观，人文缺失在高职学生中普遍存在。施教者应采取相应对策，思想上要重视，方法上要科学，同时还应注意营造出有良好人文精神氛围的校园文化，以促进高职学生人文素养的提升。

Humanities-oriented education is an important part of higher vocational education. Apart from the common significance, humanities-oriented education should be helpful for realizing the goal, combating the utilitarian tendency, and promoting the longterm development of higher vocational education. At present, the present situation is far from satisfactory in China, and the lack of humanities exists in most vocational school students. We should take the issue seriously, adopt correct methods, and create a sound campus culture with humanities spirit to change the present situation.
