军校非军人护生心理健康状况调查

摘要 目的通过调查研究军校非军人护生的心理状况,为军校教育管理工作提供科学依据。方法选择军校非军人护生(简称军队组)99名为实验组,地方大学生(简称地方组)109名为对照组,采用调查问卷对其进行SCL-90测查、统计分析,以全国大学生常模为总体均数,进行单样本和两样本t检验。结果军队组与全国大学生常模比较得分高的因子有:躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子(P〈0.05);得分低的因子有:人际关系敏感因子(P〈0.05)。军队组与地方组比较在抑郁因子和人际关系敏感因子的得分有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论军队组和地方组测查结果有相当大的一致性,两组学生的心理健康水平低于全国大学生常模。 Objective To study the mental health of non-military nursing students trained at military colleges to provide theoretical basis for educational management of military colleges. Methods We selected 99 non-military nursing students (experimental group) trained at military colleges and 109 students (control group) from non-military universities. We analyzed and compared SCL-90 by questionnaire survey in the two groups, and the nationwide norm as the overall mean by SPSS. Results Compared with the nationwide norm, the experimental group, or the military group, showed significantly higher scores in the results of SCL-90 in somatization, compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, phobia and psychic factors (P 〈 0.05). The one factor that had lower score was interpersonal sensitivity factor (P〈 0.05). The experimental group and control group differed significantly in depression and interpersonal sensitivity factors ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Compared with the nationwide norm, the level of mental health of the control group and military group was identically lower.
