摘要 目的探讨在实验室中模拟临床过敏性休克及抢救的新型实验方法。方法在BL-420生物机能实验系统上建立过敏性休克及救治实验平台,对多种生理指标进行动态监测记录。结果得出了过敏性休克的量化变化规律,使学生对过敏性休克的症状及药物治疗过程有了深刻的印象,提高了教学效果。结论模拟过敏性休克及解救的实验方法,提高了学生的学习兴趣和处理复杂问题的水平及技能,也为临床上过敏性休克的抢救提供了一定的参考数据。 Objective To explore new methods of simulating clinical anaphylactic shock and its rescue in the laboratory. Methods Based on BL-420 biology function laboratory system, we constructed an experimental platform of anaphylactic shock and treatment, processing dynamic monitoring records for a variety of biological indicators. Results We obtained the quantified change patterns of anaphylactic shock, which made students have a deep impression on the symptoms and medicinal treatment process of anaphylactic shock, thus improving the effectiveness of experiment teaching. Conclusion The new method of simulation clinical anaphylactic shock and rescue in the laboratory can increase students' interest in learning as well as the level and skills of dealing with complex problems, and it also provides reference data for the rescue of clinical anaphylactic shock.
