射频电波刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure with Dual Frequency Radiosurgery in Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的:评价射频电波刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效.方法:收集慢性宫颈炎患者120例,平均年龄35岁;其中宫颈糜烂42例、宫颈肥大23例、宫颈腺体囊肿15例;CINI级38例、CINⅠ～Ⅱ级11例.采取射频电波刀进行宫颈环行切除术66例,微波及激光治疗54例.结果:经射频电波刀进行宫颈环行切除术的66例患者,随访观察6个月,仅有两例患者宫颈口处可见新生肉芽组织,治愈率达97%;有CIN改变的49例患者,术后6个月行TCT检查均为阴性.经微波及激光治疗的54例患者中,有7例复发、11例宫颈表面愈合不良,治愈率为67%,有效率为80%.结论:射频电波刀行宫颈环切术治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效优于微波及激光治疗.

Objective： To evaluate clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） with dual frequency radiosurgery in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： 120 patients with chronic cervicitis, including 42 cervical erosion, 23 cervical hypertrophy and 15 nabothian cysts were collected, which contain 38 CIN Ⅰ and 11 CIN Ⅰ - Ⅱ, the average age of patients is 35. 66 patients were treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure, 54 patients were treated with microwave and laser therapy. Results： Among 66 patients treated with LEEP, only 2 cases were found the new born granulation tissue at cervix, the cure rate is 97%, and TCT examination were all negative in 49 CIN cases after LEEP treatment 6 months. Among 54 patients who were treated with microwave and laser, 7 cases recurrent and 11 dysconcreted, the cure rate is 67%, effective rate is 80%. Conclusion： The clinical effect of loop electrsurgical excision procedure with dual frequency radiosurgery on the chronic cervicitis is better than that of microwave and laser therapy.
