摘要
对敦化产8种野生类型朝鲜淫羊藿总灰分及醇溶性浸出物含量进行检测。结果表明:8种类型间总灰分为5.91%～6.77%,醇溶性浸出物为22.89%～28.12%。各类型间总灰分和醇溶性浸出物均有差异,总灰分差异较小,而醇溶性浸出物差异较大。综合总灰分和醇溶性浸出物含量的结果可看出,边缘红色类型为敦化产野生朝鲜淫羊藿的优良种质类型。
Total ash and alcoholysis compound content of eight kinds of natural Epim dium kore anum Nakai. were determined in this study. Result showed therewere differences between this eight kinds of natural Epimedium koreanum Nakai. from total ash and alcoholysis compound content. Total ash and alcoholysis compound contentwere 5.91%- 6.77% and 22.89% -28.12% respectively.And the result suggested the kind of amaranth margin on leaf was excellent germ plum.
