气相二茂铁抑制酒精池火燃烧的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用N2作载气通过两级恒温的二茂铁蒸发系统,进行了不同工况下气相二茂铁抑制受限空间中酒精池火燃烧的一系列实验,以此考察气相二茂铁对酒精池火的抑制效果。借助于质量采集系统对实验过程中酒精质量变化进行在线测量,并用秒表记录相应的灭火时间。通过对同一工况下重现性好的实验的酒精质量变化速率和对应灭火时间进行分析得出结论:不同工况下含有不同饱和浓度的气相二茂铁的N2熄灭酒精池火燃烧的时间均比纯N2灭火时间短。特别是在N2流量为1.00 m3/h情况下,通过升高油浴温度继而增大N2中气相二茂铁的饱和浓度可相应的缩短灭火时间,在油浴温度从75升至95℃时,灭火时间的降低梯度大约为2s/℃。 The research of the alcohol pool fire inhibited by different concentration ferrocene with a vaporization system controlled by a two-stage constant temperature system was presented in this paper. A series of experiments on alcohol pool fire in a confined compartment suppressed by nitroge with or without different concentration gas phase ferrocene at different conditions were performed The quality change of alcohol was measured on-line by the mass acquisition system. And the fire-extinguishing time for each experiment was times to extinguishment at 'identical' conditions recorded by a stopwatch and the repeatability of the was analyzed. Then the inhibitory effect of ferrocene was analyzed by means of the rate of mass change and the fire-extinguishing time. The results show that the fire-extinguishing time with nitrogen which carried different concentration gas phase ferrocene is shorter than with the pure nitrogen at the same condition. In particular the descend gradient of the fire-extinguishing time is 2 s/℃ when the temperature of the oil bath hoists from 75 to 95 ℃ and the volumetric flow rate of nitrogen is at 1.00 m^3/h.
