灵芝孢子油对铝中毒小鼠学习记忆及海马超微结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨灵芝孢子油对铝中毒引起的中枢神经损伤的预防及治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔连续30d注射AlCl3的方法制备铝中毒痴呆小鼠动物模型。预防组在注射AlCl3的同时以灌胃法喂服灵芝孢子油,治疗组则在注射AlCl330d后喂服灵芝孢子油,预防组及治疗组均以生理盐水替代灵芝孢子油作为对照。用Morris水迷宫方法检测学习记忆功能,并以透射电镜方法观察海马超微结构。结果:与对照组相比,使用了灵芝孢子油的预防实验组和治疗实验组小鼠的学习记忆水平均显著提高,而且海马内神经纤维、线粒体和突触等超微结构的病理性损伤得到了明显缓解。结论:灵芝孢子油对铝中毒引起的中枢神经损伤具有一定的预防和治疗效果。 Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil on aluminum induced neurotoxicity. Methods: The aluminum toxic mice models were prepared by intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of AlCl3 solution for 30d. Mice of preventive group were fed with Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil and injected AlCl3 simultaneously. Mice of therapeutic group were fed with Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil for another 30 d after AlCl3 injections. For control, mice were fed saline to replace Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil. To all mice, the learning and memory abilities were assessed by Morris water maze, and the ultrastructure of hippocampi was observed under transmission electronic microscopy. Results: Comparing with the controls, mice in preventive and therapeutic groups, which were fed with Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil, significantly upgraded abilities of learning and memory and downgraded pathologic damages on hippocampal ultrastructures including nervous fiber, mitochondria and synapse, Conclusions: Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Oil has preventive and therapeutic effects on aluminumin toxic.
