西北干旱区经济社会发展与土地利用相关分析—以嘉峪关市为例

Analysis on the Relationship Between Social Economic Development and Land Use in Arid Regin of Northwest China—A Case of Jiayuguan City

土地是生存与发展的基础。对于西北干旱区,土地资源作为一种关键的自然要素,对区域经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文就嘉峪关市经济发展和土地利用的关系进行了研究,结果表明:耕地、林地、建设用地和未利用地的变化与人口增长及城镇化、经济增长、经济结构的调整、政策等有显著的相关性。同时,由于社会经济发展受资金、电力等的影响,建设用地随之表现出了一定的波动性,在克服了各种困难后,存量建设用地得到了充分利用。针对嘉峪关市土地利用中存在的问题,提出了保障经济社会全面协调可持续发展的土地利用策略。

Land is the foundation of existence and development. As the key production element, land resources have played a very important role in the social economic development in arid northwest region. This research studied the relationship between social - economic development and land use in Jiayuguan city. The results indicated there are significant correlations among cultivated land, orchard land, construction land, uncultivated land, population and economy development, urbanization, industrialization, restructure and reforestation policy. Besides, affected by economy, the area of construction land has a fluctuation change, and it has been made fully after overcoming difficulties. At last, according to a series of problems about land use, some innovation ideas and stratagem measures were put forward for sustainable land use in the following regional social -economic development in Jiayuguan city.
