摘要
基于磷酸介质中,灿烂甲酚蓝与痕量亚硝酸根发生重氮化反应,其荧光强度降低,建立了荧光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,用正交法确定最佳测定条件.该法测定亚硝酸根的线性范围为0.04-0.4μg/mL,检测限为1.13×10^-9g/mL.方法操作简单,灵敏度高.用于测定样品中的亚硝酸根,结果良好.
:A new fluorimetric method for determing trace nitrite was proposed. The method was based on the diazotion reaction of brilliant cresy blue with nitrite in H3PO4 medium. The optimal experimental conditions were found by orthogonal test methods. The linear range was 0. 04-0. 4 μg/mL for nitrite (NO2^-),the detective limit of this method was 1.13 × 10^-9 g/mL. This method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace nitrite in samples of pickle.
