摘要
目的探索采用出院随访的方式来改善精神分裂症患者家属的家庭功能,提高其生活质量。方法随机将62例患者家属分为观察组30例和对照组32例,入院时就对两组患者家属进行健康教育,出院后对观察组进行为期9个月的家庭随访,而对照组则常规门诊随访。在出院前和出院后9个月,分别对两组患者的家属采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)进行评定。结果62例患者家属家庭功能的总分与生活质量各维度分呈正相关关系(P<0.05);出院前两组的FAD、(GQOLI-74)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院9个月后观察组FAD、GQOLI-74(除外物质生活维度)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育改善了精神分裂症患者家属的家庭功能,提高了其生活质量。
Objective To explore to improve family function of schizophrenia patients＇ families and their quality of life by means of follow-up. Methods 62 patients were divided into experimental group （n=30） and control group （n=32） at random, and they received health education when they were admitted to hospital. In experimental group, patients were followed up for 9 months, while those in control group were visited according to regular clinic visit. Schizophrenia patients＇ families in both groups were assessed by FAD and GQOLI-74 before and nine months after discharge. Results There was a positive correlation between the total score of family function of 62 patients＇ families and every dimension score of quality of life （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in FAD and GQOLI-74 between the two groups before discharge（P〉0.05）, while experimental group was significantly better than control group in FAD and GQOLI-74 nine months after discharge （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education can improve family function of schizophrenia patients＇ families and improve their quality of life.
