摘要
目的了解临床护理教学老师心理健康状况,分析可能对其产生的影响因素。方法2006年10月用一般人口学问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表对北京市3所三甲医院的79名临床护理教学老师进行调查。结果所调查的老师SCL-90总均分、大多数因子分均高于国内常模平均分;常见的心理症状包括抑郁、强迫、躯体化等;人口统计学特征分组下心理健康水平因年龄、教龄和职称不同,差异有统计学意义。结论临床护理教学老师的心理健康状况总体水平低于一般人群,建议管理者采取切实有效的措施维护其心理健康。
Objective To investigate psychological health status of clinical nursing instructors and analyze possible influencing factors. Methods 79 nursing instructors, recruited in 3 grade-one class-three hospitals in Beijing were investigated by a demographic questionnaire and Symptom Cheek List-90(SCL-90)in October, 2006. Results The average score and scores of most factors of SCL- 90 were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norm. Depression, obsession-compulsion and somatization were common psy- chological problems of the clinical nursing instructors. ANOVA analysis according to demographic characteristics suggested that their psychological health status varied with the different age, teaching age and the professional post. Conclusion The psychological health status of clinical nursing instructors is lower than that of normal Chinese people, so effective management strategies should be implemented to protect their psychological health.
