清远市及周边地区护理人才市场需求调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Market Demand for Nursing Personnel in Qingyuan and the Surrounding Areas

目的了解广东省清远市及周边地区护理专业人才市场需求情况,为学院招生规模、专业设置和培养模式适应市场需求提供客观依据。方法走访6家清远市市属医院、9家县属医院、9家镇级医院等共58个医疗机构。采用问卷形式对用人单位进行应届毕业护士需求情况调查。结果不同层次的医院对护理专业人才准入的条件不同,需求量不同。市、县级医院以招聘本科和高职护生为主,民营医院主要招收高职护生,镇级医院和私人门诊多需要中专护生。结论高职护士需求量较大,可维持招生规模,稳步发展,同时为学生提供全面发展的平台,以提高其综合素质。建议对清远市经济欠发达地区的生源,适当降低录取分数线,试行"定向培养"。护理中专毕业生县级以上医院就业空间较小,要适当控制招生规模。

Objective To find out the nmrket demand for nursing specialty personnel in Qingyuan and the surrounding areas and to provide an objective basis for college enrollment, specialty setting and training mode. Method The authors surveyed 58 hospitals and medical institutions which contained 6 municipal hospitals, 9 county-level hospitals, 9 town-level hospitals and so on. Market de- mand for newly graduated nursing students was investigated with questionnaire. Results Hospitals of different levels needed nursing personnel of different levels. Municipal and county-level hospitals mainly employed nursing graduates and those graduated from vocational schools. Private hospitals mainly needed students graduated from vocational schools. And town level hospitals and private clinics needed those from secondary, technical school. Conclusion There is great need for nurses from vocational schools and the scale of enrollment of those nurses should be maintained at the same level or even increased. It is suggested to reduce the entrance score and try oriented cultivation for some students from undeveloped areas in Qingyuan. Meanwhile, measures should be taken in order to improve student＇s holistic qualities. There is less market need for nursing students from secondary technical school, so the scale of enrollment should be controlled.
