摘要
目的了解在校护生的自尊状况及其影响因素,为护生的职业心理教育提供依据。方法对浙江3所医学院345名在校护生进行自尊量表(SES)、应激事件量表测评,并分析学历、年龄、家庭环境、家庭收入等因素对护生自尊的影响。结果在校护生自尊量表测试(29.4±3.8)分,多元回归分析表明,家庭子女数、是否担任班级职务、学历、应激是影响自尊水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论提升学历、班级职务对自尊的积极影响,降低家庭因素、应激因素对自尊的消极影响能够有效维护在校护生自尊。
Objective To investigate the self-esteem of nursing students and its influencing factors in order to provide a basis for occupational mental education. Methods SES and Stress Scale were used to investigate 345 nursing students and the influences of ed- ucation degrees, age, family and family income on their self-esteem were analyzed. Results The total score of students' self esteem was (29.4±3.8) and multiple regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors included the number of children in the family, their posts in the class, their education degree and stress (P〈0.05). Conclusion Enhancing the positive influence of education degree and post in the class on self-esteem and decreasing the influence of family and stress can effectively protect the student's self-esteem.
