摘要
应用激光非接触式测量方法测量荫罩表面形状的方法及其对应的Q值,采用三角测量方法对荫罩表面进行高精度测量。研究网状表面测量中激光光束可能全部或部分穿透网孔时,有效测量数据的提取问题。采用设定门槛值的方法对无效数据和受网孔影响较大的数据进行过滤,保留了少量的有效数据。引用数据拟合和插值方法对部分有效数据进行处理,提取网状表面轮廓的几何尺寸,所得结果重复性良好,并研制了相应的测量设备应用于生产实践。
Laser measurement was used to measure surface shape of shadow mask and its Q value.Triangulation-method was used to get a high precise measurement.The problem of how to get effective data was also studied when laser beam was going through the mesh entirely or partly.Door-value was used to winkle data which was ineffective or influenced acutely by mesh,and reserve some effective data for further treatments.The effective data was used to calculate dimensions of surface by curve-fitting and interposition method.The results repeated very well in each measurement.Measuring-equipments completed had been applied in a CRT factory.
