摘要
采用通用大型有限元软件ANSYS为分析基础,研究了不同放大倍数取值时,双线性材料模型与黏塑性材料模型在爆炸冲击荷载作用下的结果差异,发现对于简支钢梁,当屈服强度放大倍数取值为1.5时,两者的分析结果非常接近。说明对于简支钢梁,在进行抗爆炸冲击分析时,采用将屈服强度放大1.5倍的双线性材料模型,可以得到非常精确的分析结果。
In the design of protective structures,the material's strain rate effect must be taken into account.Viscoplastic model is the most suitable constitutive one to be used when the material is subjected to blast loading,but it is very complicated because it is a dynamic model,the elastic-plastic model can be used as a replacement but the yield strength must be magnified.This paper uses the software ANSYS as the tool to simulate simple support steel beam subjected to blast loading,and analyse the difference between the results of viscoplastic and elastic-plastic model using the different magnifying value.The two models can get the same simulation result when the magnifying value in elastic-plastic is 1.5.
