摘要
采用计算机模拟方法从体积分数分布、压力分布以及流场速度分布等方面对铝合金熔体旋转喷吹除气净化过程的内部流场进行分析.结果表明:旋转速度和进气流量对铝合金熔体旋转喷吹除气净化过程内部流场具有重要影响,应该根据具体情况选择一对合适的工艺参数.
The flow field in different conditions of molten aluminum alloys is simulated by computer though the gas volume fraction distribution, the pressure distribution and the velocity distribution. The results show that : the rotate speed and the flux have an important influence on the effect of the degassing and purification of molten aluminum alloys. The appropriate technology parameters should be applied in accordance with the actual situation.
