摘要 铟锌精矿铁资源制取铁酸锌新工艺系以湿法炼锌产生的中浸渣或高浸渣为原料,在盐酸体系中提取铟,并以提铟后的铁锌溶液制取铁酸锌.主要过程包括高温高酸还原浸出、置换除铜、萃取锌铟、置换铟、氧化萃取铁、铁酸锌制备。新工艺取消了除铁过程,简化铟回收流程,大幅提高铟回收率,并消除了低浓度二氧化硫烟气和大量铁渣对环境的污染.盐酸体系中铁锌容易彻底分离和提纯,从而有利于铁酸锌、锰锌软磁铁氧体等以铁为主要成分的高档材料产品的制备. A new process to prepare zinc ferrite using ferrite resource in Zn - In concentrate has been proposed in this paper. In this process, the neutral leaching residue or hot acid leaching residue used as raw material from zinc hydrometallurgical process was leached in HCl system to recover indium. FeCl3 and ZnCl2 solution obtained was used to prepare zinc ferrite powder. The main courses in this new process are as follow : hot acid reductive leaching, copper removing by cement, zinc and indium solvent extraction, indium cement, ferrite oxidation and extraction, and zinc ferrite preparation. The ferrite removing process was cancelled in this new process, which means the great simplification of indium extracting process. The recovery ratio of indium increased greatly, and the environmental pollution of low concentration of sulfur smoke and ferrite residue were prevented simultaneously. In HCl system, it is easy to completely separate zinc from ferrite solution. As a result, high purity FeCl3 and ZnCl2 solution obtained can be used to prepare high quality of zinc ferrite and Mn-Zn ferrite.
