TURP术后心理护理与性功能恢复的研究

Research on psychological nursing and sexual function recovery after TURP

目的:探索心理护理对经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)术后并发性功能障碍的患者性功能与性生活质量恢复的有效性。方法:通过136例接受TURP术的患者,于术前进行了关于TURP术后性生活的心理护理,并与216例未进行心理护理的患者对比。结果:研究组患者术后保持规律性生活的人数、性生活的频率以及性欲强度没有明显的影响,而对照组则明显降低。结论:心理护理对提高接受TURP术的患者术后性功能恢复与性生活质量有明显帮助。

Objective ：To assess the efficiency of psychological nursing for the cases of ED who were treated by TURP, and reeovery of sexual function and quality of sexual intercourse after the TURP. Methods： Comparing 136 cases of the studying group who accepted psychological nursing about sexual function recovery before TURP with 216 cases of the control group who didn＇t get psychological nursing about sexual function recovery before TURP. Results：After the operation,the control group was evidently lower in the percentage of keeping regular sexual intercourse, the frequency of sexual intercourse and the intensity of sexuality, while the studying group didn＇t show evidently effect. Conclusion： Psychological nursing has effective help in recovery of sexual function and quality of sexual intercourse for the patients treated by TURP.
