尿胰蛋白酶原-2快速检测在急性胰腺炎诊断中的临床应用被引量：1

摘要急性胰腺炎（AP）是一种常见的急腹症，实验室诊断AP主要是检测淀粉酶和脂肪酶，但两者的灵敏度和特异性偏低。近年来,尿胰蛋白酶原-2被认为是诊断AP的良好指标：笔者对尿胰蛋白酶原-2和血、尿淀粉酶在急腹症患者中的检测以探讨尿胰蛋白酶原-2在AP诊断中的意义。
