早产胎膜早破51例护理体会
摘要
早产胎膜早破是发生在妊娠28～37周内的胎膜破裂且最终为早产者。它的围生儿死亡率、新生儿发病率及母亲感染率较高，围生儿死亡率的高低与早产胎膜早破的分娩孕周及处理有关。加强产妇的观察及护理为临床处理提供可靠的依据，并能减少围生期母婴并发症。我院2003年1月～2006年4月收治早产胎膜早破共51例，现将护理体会报道如下。
