基于ANSYS的微型电火花加工机床参数的优化设计

摘要 利用ANSYS对微型电火花加工机床的驱动器进行实体建模,求解出超声振子的最佳驱动频率和振动模式。通过有限元分析和优化设计相结合的思想,解决了超声振子驱动齿之间的干涉现象,求得了驱动齿的最佳结构尺寸。最后进行了系统电极的驱动性能测试和实验加工验证,加工出了Ф85μm的微孔。 The body modal of miniaturized EDM tool's driver has been built using ANSYS, and the optimal driving frequency and vibration mode have been carried out. The optimal dimension of motor has been imple mented by FEM (Finite Element Method) and optimal design method, and the interference between teeth of motor is avoided. The tests of electrode driving effect and machining experiments have been ful filled, and the hole of φ85μm has been machined.
