面向STEP-NC的数控加工CAPP系统研究

摘要 CAPP系统开发和应用过程中最大的缺点是与CAD、CAPP和CAM信息系统集成的困难,在上游需要针对不同的CAD系统设计专门的信息提取模块,在下游,CAM则不能利用全部的产品工艺信息。STEP-NC标准作为新一代数控标准,继承了STEP标准中的产品信息,同时具有开放性,可以作为CAD/CAPP/CAM/CNC集成的桥梁。利用STEP-NC面向特征和面向对象的特点,直接从STEP中性文件提取产品信息,建立各制造特征的加工工步,就可以建立相应的CAPP系统。系统的输出将以STEP-NC中性文件形式存在,便于后续CAM和CNC系统的调用,从而达到CAD/CAPP/CAM/CNC信息集成的目的。 The banner lies during the developing and applying of CAPP system is that, it is difficult to integrate CAD, CAPP and CAM. Traditionally, CAPP system must be designed to pick - up the information from every different CAD system. At the same time, CAM system can' t use all of the product's process information developed by CAPP system. As a new generation numerical control standard, STEP -NC inherits the STEP standard, and is open at the same time so as to become the bridge for the integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM/CNC. After acquiring the information from STEP file directly, by finding the machine features and their working steps, a new kind of CAPP system can be programmed. The new CAPP system will output a STEPNC file, which can be applied by CAM and CNC system. Thus, the inte gration of CAD/CAPP/CAM/CNC can be approached.
