摘要 目的:探讨呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期患者肺功能的影响。方法:选择COPD缓解期患者68例,在医务人员的指导下进行为期6个月的呼吸功能训练,检测呼吸训练前后患者肺功能的主要指标。结果:56例患者完成最后的试验研究,其呼吸训练前肺功能指标测定结果分别为:VCmax(2.85±0.71)L、FEV1(1.95±0.64)L、FEV1/FVC(68.81±9.86)%、PEF(5.21±1.91)L/s;呼吸功能训练后肺功能指标测定结果分别为:VCmax(3.10±0.95)L、FEV1(2.29±0.99)L、FEV1/FVC(74.24±13.09)%、PEF(5.84±1.77)L/s,经比较各项指标呼吸训练前后差异均有显著性。结论:呼吸训练能改善COPD缓解期患者的肺功能。 Objective:To investigate the respiratory training affecting on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable stage. Methods: 68 cases of COPD who were in stable stage were selected, and they were detected their key pulmonary function indexes before and after their 6 months respiratory training under the guidance of doctors and nurses by MS-Oiffusion pulmonary function instrument produced in German.Results:56 cases of patients finished the research,and their key pulmonary function indexes were VCmax (2.85±0.71 )L ,FEVI ( 1.95±0.64)L ,FEV1/FVC (68.81±9.86)% ,PEF (5.21 ±1.91 )L/s before respiratory training;and they were VCmax (3.10±0.95)L,FEV1 (2.29±0.99)L,FEV/FVC (74.24±13.09)% ,PEF (5.84±1.77)L/s after respiratory training respectively,each index was obviously different before and after respiratory training. Conclusion:Respiratory training may improve pulmonary function to COPD patients in stable stage.
