从知识经济的定义入手,对知识经济与农业经济和工业经济作了比较,从生产方式、工作方式、劳动力结构和管理重点等四个方面分析了知识经济的特征变化;根据管理的权变理论,作者从管理理念、竞争模式、企业的管理模式、管理信息系统和企业文化等诸多角度探讨了企业管理应做的相应创新。

This paper analyses the definition of the knowledge economy, compares the knowledge economy with agricultural economy and industrial economy, and llustrates the characteristic change of the knowledge economy in four respects of mode of production, working mode, the structure of labor force and focal point of the management. According to contingent theory of the management, it probes into the corresponding innovation in business administration from such angles as management idea. competition mode, the management mode of enterprises, the management information system and corporate culture.
