摘要
在分析福建船政学堂人才培养模式的基础上,对高等职业教育人才培养过程中的培养思想、价值取向、产学合作等要素进行反思,在高职教育人才的定位、教育对人的关怀、政府和学校在产学合作中的作用等问题上提出一些看法。
Based on the analysis of the talent-cultivation mode of Fujian Shipping School, this paper attempts to reflect some of the main factors in the process of talent-cultivation, such as guidance of cultivation, value-tendency, cooperation of production and learning and so on, and to present some viewpoints on the orientation for higher vocational talents, humanistic concern of education, the function played by government and school in the cooperation of production and learning and the like.
