摘要
当前对教师角色及其变迁的研究主要存在四种视角和背景:教学观变迁及其实践、新课程改革与实践、知识社会与知识经济等时代要求、知识状况的变化。这些看似不同的研究视角和背景之间存在着一种共同的属性和本质的联系,即知识观及其转型。研究教师角色变迁就是要阐明知识观与教师角色之间的内在逻辑关系,从三个方面认识教师,即在宏观的知识观视野下重新认识教师、在现实的生活世界中重新认识教师和在知识观的变迁中重新认识教师。
There are four perspectives and backgrounds of the teacher's role and its vicissitude in the academic community at present: the vicissitude of teaching view and its practice, the reform and practice of the new curriculum, the requests of the times of knowledge society and knowledge economy, the change of the status of knowledge. These perspectives and backgrounds are different seemingly, but there is one common property and essential relationship embodied among them, which is the view of knowledge and its transformation. Doing research on the change of the teacher's role is to illustrate the intrinsic logical relationship between knowledge view and the teacher's role. Teachers should be understood from three aspects. That is, they should be recognized from the macro-knowledge view, from the realistic living environment, and from the vicissitude of the knowledge view.
