论通识教育组织构造

摘要 通识与边界问题是现代学科发展过程中产生的一个隐性问题,这一问题的讨论将有助于组织结构的变化和发展。从学科的观点来看,专业与通识的内在联系历史久远,它不但涉及到自然科学、人文科学两大学科系列的边界问题,而且也涉及到人文科学、社会科学这两个超级领域之间的组织分界,本文从通识教育组织结构的构建的角度对此进行了思考,从学理的角度对此进行探究,并回顾了中外一些通识教育组织的特征,最后论述现代大学通识教育学院的"统合与包括"功能。 The question of general education and boundary is a recessive issue during the course of modern discipline development. Therefore, the discussion of this question will be useful to the change and development of organization structure. From the view of discipline, the intrinsic relation of concentration and general education has a long history, and it refers to not only two disciplines' boundary questions of physical science and humanities, but also the organizational dividing line between the two super fields: humanities and social science. This paper explores the question from the perspective of construction of general education's organization structure, and from the perspective of scientific principle. Then, it reviews the feature of several general education organizations home and abroad. Finally, the paper expounds the function of 'synthesis and inclusion' in the general education colleges in modern universities.
