摘要
针对大豆纤维的特性,对大豆纤维棉针织物进行染整工艺试验。探讨双氧水、碱剂、温度及水质对前处理的影响;通过筛选染料、选择助剂及用量,对染色工艺进行优化。经过大生产实践,总结出大豆纤维棉针织物大生产工艺条件,前处理:H2O230g/L,纯碱2g/L,温度90℃;染色:采用活性染料,元明粉80g/L,纯碱25g/L;后整理:温度控制在120℃以下。
According to the properties of the soybean fiber, this paper makes the dyeing and finishing experiments to the soybean/cotton knitted fabric, analyzes the influences of the hydrogen peroxide, alkali, temperature and water quality on the pretreatment and optimizes the dyeing technology through selection of proper dyes, auxiliaries and the applied amount. According to the mass production experiments, the technological conditions for the mass production of the soybean/cotton knitted fabric are determined: for the pretreatment, the concentration of H2O2 is 30 g/L, the concentration of sodium carbonate is 2 g/L and the temperature is 90 ℃; for the dyeing process, the reactive dye is employed, the concentration of sodium sulphate is 80 g/L and the concentration of sodium carbonate is 25 g/L; for the post finishing, the temperature should keep below 120 ℃.
