摘要
以柠檬酸(CA)作为交联剂,将β-环糊精(β-CD)接枝到棉织物上。通过单因素分析发现,β-CD接枝量与CA浓度、β-CD浓度、焙烘时间、焙烘温度、催化剂浓度有关,CA、β-CD和催化剂浓度越大,焙烘条件越剧烈,β-CD接枝在棉织物上的量越多;β-环糊精接枝的棉织物通过薄荷醇熏香,放置10天,薄荷醇含量剩余27.04%,且具有抗菌性能。
Using the citric acid (CA) as the cross-linking agent, this paper grafts the β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) to the cotton fabrics. According to the single factor analysis, it is found that the amount of the grafted β-CD relates to the concentration of CA and β-CD, baking time, baking temperature and the concentration of the catalyst; and the higher of the concentration of CA, β-CD and the catalyst, and the more violent of the baking process, the more amount of the grafted β-CD to the cotton fabric; use the menthol to fumigate the β-CD grafted cotton fabric and after ten days of storage, the content of the menthol still keeps 27.04% with a good anti-bacterial property.
