This paper has a brief description on the background of this project and its master capability of the Flash memory M25P80.A method to design and develop the serial port Flash memory through FPGA direct control is introduced.The way and principle to design hardware is described and it also introduces a detailed description on the exploiture of timing and the realization of the interface of the Flash memory. In this paper, it also shows the possible problems that may be run across during development.
