新型高效率螺旋分级机的研制及生产实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对现选矿厂磨矿分级作业中螺旋分级机效率低的问题,对原螺旋分级机的结构进行了重新设计和改造,将原螺旋分级机螺旋上部设计成内螺旋筛,对返砂进行二次分级,从而大幅度提高了分级效率。其生产统计指标为:分级质效率76.08%,分级量效率88.38%,金属率达40%以上的粒度合格物料避免过磨。生产应用表明:复合式圆筛螺旋分级机可显著提高磨矿机生产能力,筛板网使用寿命长,设备运行可靠。 Because the efficiency of spiral classifier is low in grinding and classification operations of existing concentrator, the structure of original spiral classifier is anew designed and reformed, upper part of the spiral in original spiral classifier was designed as the inner spiral screen to classify secondly for recirculated sand, then increased the efficiency of classification greatly, the statistical data showed that the guality efficiency of the classification is 76. 08% ,the quantity efficiency of the classification is 88.38% and the materials qualified grain size with above 40% of metal rate avoided to overgrind. Production utilization indicated that compound trommel screen spiral classifier can obviously increase the production capacity of grinding nill, the life length of screenplate mesh is long-time and equipment characteristics are reliable.
