家庭背景在初职地位获得中的作用及变迁 被引量：37

摘要 初职地位获得是社会分层化过程的一个重要环节。本文通过综合社会调查数据的分析,展示了文革后三个时期城镇家庭背景对子女初职获得的影响及变迁。研究发现,不同家庭背景的子女在相同的教育资质下,职业地位的获得仍然存在显著差异;在文革以后,非体力阶层家庭后代的优势表现为"跳级"和"保底"效应。其成因是什么我们进行了分析。
