我科于１９９４年～１９９５年来用前列腺素Ｅ１治疗阳萎２０例，取得满意疗效，治疗过程中极少出现药物所致的局部疼痛、出血、硬节和阴茎异常勃起。该药使用方便，可在家自行注射。

During 1994 up 1995,prostaglandin was administered to 20 impotent cases.The treatment led to satisfactoryresult.In the course of treatment,local pain,hemorrhage,scleroma and penis abnormality caused by the drugoccurred very rarely.The advantage of the use of the drug lies in it's convinience and it can be injected in the patient's home.
