摘要
子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见病,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。随着对传统治疗药物副作用的进一步认识,许多学者对传统治疗方案进行了补充与改进,包括促性腺激素释放激素激动剂的反向添加疗法,促性腺激素释放激素激动剂的剂量、用药周期的调整等。同时亦积极探索新的治疗途径,如选择性雌孕激素受体调节剂、芳香化酶抑制剂、抗炎症、免疫调节剂、腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗等。本文对这些内异症药物治疗的新进展作一综述。
Endometriosis is a common disease of women,whose incidence is rising in recent years. Along with the further recognition of the side effects of traditional pharmacotherapy,many scholars make some replenishment and improvement for their regimens of treatment, including GnRH-a add-back therapy,regulation of dosage of GnRH- a and medication cycle. Meanwhile, they also explore the new therapeutic routes, such as selective estrogen and progesterone receptor modulators, arimedex, anti-inflammation, immunomodulators, laparoscope operation combined with pharmacothenapy and so on. The advance in researches on pbarmacotherapy of endometriosis is reviewed.
