摘要
本文阐述了高校图书馆员工绩效考核的意义与特点,分析了在实际的绩效考核操作中存在的问题与不足,并针对不足提出了有效的图书馆员工绩效考核对策。
This paper expounded the significance and characteristic of the examination of college li-brary employees' ability, analyzed the problems and insufficiency that existed in actual process of examination, and pointed out effective countermeasure.
