巨大胸膜间皮瘤的外科治疗(附5例分析)

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF GIGANTIC PLEURAL MESOTHELIOMAS——Analysis of 5 cases

胸膜间皮瘤为较少见疾病。我科自1982年至1988年收治5例巨大胸膜间皮瘤,均施行了手术,并经病理证实。本文通过有关文献的复习,着重讨论巨大局限型胸膜间皮瘤的诊断及治疗中的有关问题。临床资料5例巨大胸膜间皮瘤的临床资料见附表讨论一、诊断:局限型胸膜间皮瘤,可发生脏层或壁层胸膜。大多数呈良性病程。

This article reports 5 cases of rare gigantic pleural mesotheliomas. They all appeared obvious compression symptoms. One of them hae secondary hypoglycemia and diagnosis more difficult only by the way of roentgenographic examination. Tissue obtained by percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy would be helpful for a preoperative diagnosis. Surgical resection is a main therapeutic measure. This article has presented our experience on the operative approach, choice of the operatively entering way, and give points for attention in removing the tumor.
