摘要
通过TEOS在碱性条件下水解生成纳米二氧化硅。通过控制pH、滴加速度、搅拌速度以及TEOS与乙醇的配比,得到小于100nm的二氧化硅,通过控制以上条件得到了粒径40nm的纳米材料。用红外光谱分析所得二氧化硅的官能团结构、TEM观察到二氧化硅的微观形态,通过电子能谱测定了硅和氧的比例为1∶2。
The paper study the alkaline hydrolysis of TEOS, the creation of nano-silica. Controlling the pH, dripping rate, agitating rate and the ratio of TEOS and ethanol, we can acquire the nano-silica whose size is below 100nm. And discuss the formation mechanism ofnano-silica and reaction condition, and acquire the 40nm nano-material by controlling the above condition. We can analyze the function group configuration of silica by in^ared spectrum and observe the microcosmic conformation of silica, at last determine the apposite hydrolysis reaction condition of silica. The proportion of Si and oxygen is 1:2 by the Binding Energy measurement.
