摘要
目的寻找各种挥发性有机物在不同检材中及不同检测设备上的检测方法,并对待测痕量物质进行定性分析;另一方面,比较色谱技术及质谱技术在分析复杂基质痕量物质方法学上的优劣,选择并系统化地建立一套适合挥发性有机物痕量分析的方法程序。方法运用GC和GC-MS技术测定各种挥发性有机物并运用NIST98数据库多维检索的方式对痕量物质进行定性分析。结果苯等5种有机溶剂气体气相色谱法及气质联用法的最低检出限差别有显著性统计学意义(P〈O.01),其中气质联用法中SCAN法与SIM法也有显著性统计学意义(P〈O.01)。用气相和气质联用两种方法对车间空气中微量苯同系物等挥发性有机物测定,检测结果差异均无统计学意义(P〉O.O5);对车间空气中痕量苯同系物等挥发性有机物测定,气相色谱法无法检出,而气质联用法则可检出。结论GC-MS技术是目前分析复杂基质中痕量挥发性有机物的最佳和准确的方法;在实际样品中微量毒物的检测中,质谱法与色谱法在结果上有较佳的一致性,而在痕量分析中,质谱技术具有更高的灵敏度及定性准确性。
Objective To detect the trace volatile organic compound in all kinds or biologic samples and finish the qualitative analysis. Methods The trace volatile organic compound detected by using gas chromatograph(GC) and GC/MS to find out the analytical method for detecting different volatile organic compounds in various samples using different analytical instruments. The qualitative analysis finished by the application of NIST98. Results In the case of ananlyzing multiplicate volatile organic compounds, the retain time of each compound must be confirmed in the GC analysis system. The GC/MS we used is able to analysis hundreds of volatile organic compounds at the same time. By GC-FID analysis system, we can not collectthe enough quantitative data when the concentration of compound is very low. However, it' s easy for GC/MS analysis system to confirm the quantitative information of pending compound because the high sensitivity and selectivity of Mass Spectrum Detector. Conclusion GC-MS analysis system is the best way to detect volatile organic compound in complex biologics sample. In the determination of micro sample, there is the close results between the two method, but in trace detection, the method of MS have better sensitivity than the GC.
