摘要
目的了解皮肤扩张后皮肤损伤自身修复的过程。方法将兔随机分为5组,每组5只进行皮肤扩张术,分别在扩张完成后即时、4周、12周、24周取标本。观察扩张后皮肤显微结构及超微结构的变化。结果皮肤扩张后导致皮肤损伤,扩张停止后,扩大的皮肤组织经过损伤后的慢性自身修复,其修复后的皮肤大部分恢复了正常的皮肤组织结构,小部分有瘢痕样改变。结论由外力扩张因素所造成的皮肤损伤,扩张后皮肤自身修复的过程并非完全性组织再生过程。有部分瘢痕样改变,而这种瘢痕样的改变,也许是皮肤扩张后挛缩的原因之一。
Objective To study the skin self-recovery process after the expansion damage. Methods 25 New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly and evenly into five groups and skin specimen were taken immediately and after 4weeks, 12weeks and 24 weeks respectively, Transmission electronic microscope was used to observe the ultrastruc-tural changes of the expanded skin, Results The skin damage caused by expansion ceased with the removal of expansion models and gradual self-recovery were between tissue regeneration and scars, Most Of the recovered skin restored the normal structures, while others had scar-like changes. Conclusion Skin expansion damage did not fully regenerate. Some of it had scar-like changes, which could be one of the main reasons in expansion contraction.
