单纯疱疹病毒感染患者抗原和抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of Antigen and Antibody in Patients Infecting Herpes Simplex Virus

目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-Ⅱ）感染患者抗原、抗体的相互关系。方法对89例皮肤性病门诊的疑似女性病人的疱液或分泌物和血清用酶联免疫法（ELISA）进行抗原抗体检测。结果抗原阳性的患者，其抗体不一定阳性，抗原阴性的患者，其抗体检测也不一定阴性，对于性病门诊患者，最好同时检测抗原、抗体，以便临床确诊。结论ELISA法检测疱疹病毒抗原抗体具有简便、快速、特异的特点。

Objective Study the correlativity of antigen（Ag） and antibody（Ab） in patients infecting herpes simplesx virus （HSV-Ⅱ）.Methods The level of Ag and Ab in 89 female patients suspicioned to have infected HSV-Ⅱ were measured by enzyme-hinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results When the Ag was positive, the Ab was not aways positive;and when the Ag was negative, the Ab can be positive, It was better to test the Ag and Ab at the same time for the diagnosis. Conclusion It is simple rapid and specific to measure the Ag and Ab of HSV-Ⅱ by ELISA
