摘要
在分析钟表齿轮啮合传动效率影响因素和效率公式的基础上,提出了基于计算机的钟表齿轮基本齿形参数优化计算方法,即"海选"后逼近算法,利用C语言编程较迅速地得出了传动效率更高的理想齿形,其计算精度足以满足工程应用要求。
Based on the analysis of influencing factors and efficiency formula of the horologic gear's meshing transmission efficiency, the calculating method for tooth profile optimization of the horologic gear is put forward in this text. That is, searching in a large range until the proper parameters are found, then further narrowing the scope and approaching the more accurate value by C language. And the calculation precision can meet the requirement of the engineering application.
