摘要
文中研究了一种瓶盖冲塞机的瓶盖输送滑轨的结构动力特性,着重分析了该轨道的固有特性,其目的是避免系统在工作时发生共振和出现不利的振型。在Pro/E中将该瓶盖输送滑轨建立三维模型,导入ANSYS中,创建实体单元,使用人工化网格设置,用Block Lanczos数值方法,计算得到结构的固有频率及振型,进行研究并改进滑轨局部结构。实际应用证实满足设计要求,得到令人满意的效果。
The paper studies conveyer slideway structure dynamic characteristics of a package machine of punch and funk, and mainly analyses internal characteristics of the slideway. So that sympathetic vibration and disadvantage mode are avoided. In PRO/ENGINEER, three-dimensional model has been constructed. Then, in ANSYS, entity unit has been established and structure natural frequency and mode has been figure out by manual mesh and Block Lanczos. Researching and improving local structure of the slideway. Comparing the two structures and getting the coclusion that the improving eouht meet the need of design.
