摘要
介绍了一种在压力机上进行棒料空间弯曲成形的多工位级进模,其自动送料机构在完成自动送料的同时,能充分利用棒料空间弯曲件的结构特点,适时地进行弯曲面的转换。其电气控制系统全部采用PLC编程来完成送料和弯曲面转换的自动控制,每分钟至少能生产20~30个棒料空间弯曲件。整个系统装有状态运行指示灯,便于判断运行当中出现的故障。对其它类似多工位级进模的设计具有指导意义。
One kind of multi-working-position progressive die was designed to accomplish the clara material spacial bending on a punch machine, its innovation lies on that the automatic material feeding machine can take full advantage of the spacial-bending part's structure characteristic timely to change the bending plane at the same time of feeding material automatically. The electric controlling system performed its function of automatic material feeding and bending-plane changing completely depending on the program of PLC and permitted to process 20 to 30 sets per minute at least. Some indicating lamps were installed to diagnose the malfunction of the processing system. It can provide some instructions for designing other similar muhi-working-position progressive dies.
